Welcome to Black Book Executive Rides. By accessing our website or booking our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a reservation.
Reservations
Reservations may be requested through our website, by phone, or by email.
A reservation is not confirmed until:

A personalized quote has been provided.

Payment has been received.

A confirmation email has been issued by Black Book Executive Rides.

Submitting a reservation request does not guarantee vehicle availability.
Pricing & Payment
Pricing is based on the details provided at the time of booking, including service type, distance, travel time, and any special requests.
Payment must be received before transportation services are provided unless other arrangements have been approved by Black Book Executive Rides.
Additional charges may apply for:

Additional stops
-
Extended waiting time
-
Changes to the itinerary

Additional passengers beyond the original reservation

Excessive cleaning or vehicle damage
Reservation Changes
We understand that plans may change.
Requests to modify pickup times, locations, destinations, or passenger information should be submitted as soon as possible.
While we will make every effort to accommodate changes, they cannot be guaranteed and may result in additional charges.
Waiting Time
Our chauffeurs arrive promptly at the scheduled pickup location.
A complimentary waiting period may be provided at our discretion. Additional waiting time beyond the complimentary period may result in additional charges.
For airport pickups, complimentary waiting time begins after the aircraft has landed when valid flight information has been provided.
Airport Transportation
Flight arrivals may be monitored when accurate airline and flight information is provided during booking.
Black Book Executive Rides is not responsible for missed pickups resulting from incorrect or incomplete flight information provided by the customer.
Passenger Responsibilities
Passengers are expected to:

Treat vehicles respectfully.

Wear seat belts when required by law.

Follow all applicable laws.

Avoid behavior that creates an unsafe environment for the chauffeur or other passengers.
Black Book Executive Rides reserves the right to refuse or terminate service due to unsafe, abusive, or illegal behavior.
Smoking, Food & Alcohol
Smoking and vaping are prohibited inside all vehicles.
Food and beverages should be consumed responsibly to avoid damage to the vehicle.
Alcoholic beverages are permitted only when allowed by applicable law and at the discretion of Black Book Executive Rides.
Child Safety
Parents and guardians are responsible for complying with all applicable child passenger safety laws.
Child safety seats will be parents and guardians responsibility to provide.
Lost & Found
Black Book Executive Rides is not responsible for personal belongings left inside vehicles.
If an item is found, reasonable efforts will be made to return it to its owner. Delivery or shipping costs may apply.
Limitation of Liability
While every effort is made to provide reliable and timely transportation, Black Book Executive Rides shall not be liable for delays or interruptions caused by:
