Black Book Executive Rides Cancellation Policy
At Black Book Executive Rides, we understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both our clients and our business while ensuring we can continue providing reliable, luxury transportation services.
Reservation Confirmation
Reservations are not considered confirmed until payment has been received and a confirmation email has been sent by Black Book Executive Rides.
Cancellations
More Than 24 Hours Before Pickup
Reservations canceled 24 hours or more before the scheduled pickup time are eligible for a full refund of any payments made.
Less Than 24 Hours Before Pickup
Reservations canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup time are non-refundable.
Same-Day Cancellations & No-Shows
Clients who cancel after the chauffeur has been dispatched or who fail to appear at the scheduled pickup location without prior notice will be charged the full reservation amount.
Flight Delays
For airport transportation, we monitor commercial flight arrivals whenever flight information is provided during booking.
If your flight is delayed, we will make every reasonable effort to adjust your pickup time at no additional charge, subject to vehicle and chauffeur availability.
Changes to Reservations
Requests to change pickup times, locations, or destinations should be made as soon as possible.
While we will do our best to accommodate changes, modifications cannot be guaranteed and may result in additional charges.
Weather and Unforeseen Circumstances
Black Book Executive Rides is not responsible for delays caused by severe weather, road closures, traffic accidents, government restrictions, or other events beyond our reasonable control.
We will make every effort to provide alternative arrangements whenever possible.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued using the original payment method and are typically processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.
